Robert B. Aikens launches third-party division

Birmingham, Mich. Robert B. Aikens & Associates announced Tuesday the launch of its new third-party management division.

“As the financial and commercial real estate industries deal with the challenges presented by today's economic conditions, an increasing number of lenders and property owners are holding properties they are not prepared or equipped to properly manage," said Jeffrey Thompson, president.
