RMC named to lease Shoppes at Glen Lakes in Weeki Wachee, Fla.

Tampa, Fla. — Global Realty and Management has appointed RMC Property Group the exclusive leasing agent for its Shoppes at Glen Lakes, a 66,600-sq.-ft. retail shopping center located on U.S. 19 in Weeki Wachee, Fla.



Anchored by Publix, the center is adjacent to Glen Lakes, a residential development with 1,100 homes being built out now. The Shoppes are the only grocery-anchored shopping center within a three-mile radius, making it the primary retail center for the surrounding residential community, which is expected to grow by another 500 homes.
