R.J. Brunelli announces three new clients
Old Bridge, N.J. — R.J. Brunelli & Co. has announced that it has been retained as exclusive real estate broker in several New Jersey counties for three fast casual chains: BurgerFi, Corner Bakery Café and Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza. All three restaurants are seeking end-cap or freestanding pad locations with outdoor seating in lifestyle centers, power centers and other high-traffic locations, in areas offering high daytime and residential populations.
Currently opening its first New Jersey location in downtown New Brunswick, BurgerFi has 27 locations nationwide and plans to have 60 by the end of the year. The chain requires spaces between 2,500 and 3,500 sq. ft. with a consumption liquor license.
Corner Bakery Café has more than 150 company-owned and franchised locations in 14 states and Washington, D.C., and seeks 3,600- to 4,000-sq.-ft. locations.
Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza currently has three locations — all in New Jersey — wants 3,000- to 3,500-sq.-ft. locations with liquor licenses in New Jersey.
