Right Start re-opens, backed by Liberty Media

Denver Right Start, a retailer of specialty products for children from birth through the toddler years, is celebrating the grand reopening of nine stores in three states, including California, Texas and Illinois. Right Start also operates a national retail Web site, which will be re-launched as a new and more robust site in late September.

“We believe physical retail is still a great business to be in, coupled with a strong online presence,” said CEO Michael Wagner. "The new management is excited to reinvigorate the Right Start brand by reopening the most successful retail locations, bringing back 100% of our highly trained and experienced store managers and focusing on creating the strongest Internet experience possible."

Right Start was recently purchased by Liberty Media and is a privately held subsidiary of Liberty Media, which owns a broad range of electronic retailing, media, communications and entertainment businesses.
