Restaurants lease space at Buckwalter Place

Bluffton, S.C. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space in Bluffton, S.C., at Buckwalter Place Shopping Center to two new tenants.

Subway has leased 1,400 sq. ft., and opened March 17. Jersey Joe’s Pizzeria has leased 1,400 sq. ft. and is slated to open in June.

The 59,600-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Publix and includes Great Clips and Dry Clean USA.
