Report: Tim Horton’s to add up to 180 stores in ’09
New York City Canadian coffee retailer Tim Horton’s plans to add 110 to 140 stores in Canada this year, as well as 20 to 40 U.S. locations, according to the Financial Post.
According to the report, Tim Horton’s will focus on non-traditional, smaller locations, such as kiosks and 1,700-sq.-ft. in-store shops. The average full-size Tim Horton’s store is about 3,000 sq. ft.
