Report: Aldi expanding U.S. headquarters

New York City Aldi is planning to expand its headquarters in Batavia, Ill., with a new, 80,000-sq.-ft. building that will include offices, conference rooms for supplier meetings, and product sampling space.

The German-owned supermarket company is seeking city approval for the new six-story structure, which would be the tallest on its 56-acre campus, according to the Aurora Beacon-News.
