REI opens at Mansell Crossing

Alpharetta, Ga. -- Brixmor Property Group announced the opening of a 24,000-sq.-ft. REI at Mansell Crossing in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is the fifth Atlanta-area location for the national outdoor retailer.



“The opening of REI further strengthens the consumer draw for Mansell Crossing and enhances the merchandise mix with top quality recreational equipment and instructional expertise,” said Michael Lee, senior VP of leasing for Brixmor Property Group. “With desirable demographics, strong tenant lineup and high visibility, the center is now 99% leased with only a few small shop spaces available.”



The 332,364-sq.-ft. community center is anchored by a lineup of retailers that includes Macy’s Furniture Gallery, DSW, Michaels, HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, Toys “R” Us, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Ulta Beauty and Ross Dress for Less. Mansell Crossing is located on North Point Parkway adjacent to North Point Mall.
