Regency names staff additions and relocations

Jacksonville, Fla. Regency Centers announced on Friday some key staff additions and relocations, hiring two new executives to oversee the company’s shopping center interests in Los Angeles and Denver, naming a new leasing agent in Dallas, as well as relocating some of its veteran senior leasing agents to locations in Florida, Georgia and California.

Heather Randall has been hired as VP and regional officer in Los Angeles, where she oversees a portfolio of 24 operating properties and new developments, totaling 3.3 million sq. ft., in the Los Angeles market.

A former employee from 2005, Will Damrath returned to Regency as VP and regional officer in Denver, where he oversees a portfolio of 24 operating properties and new developments, totaling 3.1 million sq. ft., in the Denver market.

In Dallas, Tyler Sorenson has been named as a leasing agent where he is responsible for leasing seven operating properties and new developments, totaling 800,000 sq. ft., in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.

Matt Hagan, Regency Centers’ leasing agent, has relocated from West Palm Beach, Fla., to Atlanta. Hagan handles leasing for 31 operating properties and new developments, totaling 2.7 million sq. ft., in the Atlanta market.

Leasing agent Omar Hussein relocated from Dallas to San Diego. Hussein is responsible for leasing eight operating properties and new developments, totaling 1.1 million sq. ft., in Orange County, Coachella Valley and Inland Empire.

Ross Kirchman, Regency Centers’ leasing agent, has relocated from Jacksonville, Fla., to West Palm Beach, Fla. Kirchman leases 15 operating properties and new developments, totaling 1.5 million sq. ft., in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale market.
