Regency leases 8,600 sq. ft. to four new tenants in Houston market
Houston -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased 8,600 sq. ft. of retail space in Houston to four new tenants.
In The Woodlands, Zoës Kitchen leased 3,018 sq. ft. at Sterling Ridge Village Center, bringing the center to 100% occupancy. The restaurant is slated to open in December. Optometry office Woodland’s Eye Center leased 2,019 sq. ft. for an October opening at Indian Springs Center, bringing the center to full occupancy.
Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt is scheduled to open in 1,875 sq. ft. at the 96% leased Sweetwater Plaza in October, and Orange Lunch Box will open a 1,700-sq.-ft. restaurant at Woodway Collection in December.
Sterling Ridge Center, a 128,643-sq.-ft. shopping center anchored by Kroger alongside national retailers such as CVS/pharmacy, Quiznos, Sport Clips and The UPS Store, is located at 6700 Woodlands Parkway in The Woodlands. H-E-B anchored Indian Springs Center is a 136,624-sq.-ft. neighborhood center located at Kuykendahl Road and Woodlands Parkway. Sweetwater Plaza is a 134,000-sq.-ft. Kroger center located at 4755 Sweetwater Blvd. in Sugar Land. Woodway Collection, which is currently undergoing a redevelopment, is located at 1407 South Voss Road with national retailers such as Randalls, Pearle Vision and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
