Regency Centers promotes key staff to executive positions

Jacksonville, Fla. Regency Centers said it has recently promoted two members of its executive staff.

Brian Fraser has been promoted to senior VP of people services where he will continue to oversee the company’s human resources function. He was previously VP people services.

In addition, Kathy Miller has been promoted to senior VP of financial services and tax. In her new role, Miller is responsible for underwriting of investments, analysis of historical operational results and budgeting and forecasting for the operating and development portfolios. Previously, Miller served a dual role as VP tax and development accounting.
