Regency Centers leases 15,000 sq. ft. to six new tenants in Austin

Austin, Texas -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space in Austin, Texas, to six new tenants.



Pure Barre opened a 1,750-sq.-ft. studio at North Hills Town Center, bringing the center to 100% occupancy.



Four new retailers leased space at Hancock Center, bringing this center to 97% occupancy. Primary healthcare provider CommUnity Care leased 4,000 sq. ft. of medical space for a November opening and full-service restaurant Mr. Gatti’s Pizza leased 2,373 sq. ft. to open in October. T-Mobile leased 2,060 sq. ft. and games and accessories retailer Gamerz leased 2,177 sq. ft. Both are slated to open this month.



Also in the Austin area, Brush 32 Dental Wellness Center leased 2,784 sq. ft. of medical office space at Market at Round Rock shopping center with a September opening.



North Hills Town Center is a 144,000-sq.-ft. shopping center anchored by H-E-B alongside national retailers such as Sally Beauty Supply, Goodyear, AT&T and Subway. H-E-B anchored Hancock Center is a 410,000-sq.-ft. neighborhood center tenanted by 24 Hour Fitness, Petco, Quiznos, GNC and RadioShack. Market at Round Rock, located in Round Rock, Texas, is a 122,646-sq.-ft. shopping center anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market with retailers such as H&R Block, Quiznos, Starbucks and Little Caesars.
