Red Mango to debut in Alabama

Hoover, Ala. Frozen yogurt retailer Red Mango said it has inked a deal with a local franchisee to open its first stores in Alabama, according to a report by the Birmingham Business Journal.

Red Mango said Hoover resident David Hurst has signed a development agreement to open three locations in Jefferson County, the first of which will be in Hoover, according to the report. 

The company said Hurst is eyeing Birmingham for the second location.

Red Mango currently has 60 locations in 14 states.
