Rascal Flatts to land at Celebration Pointe

Rascall Flats will be appearing in an extended engagement, band members hope, in Gainesville, Florida.



The famed country band chose Celebration Pointe, an under-development town center heavy on dining and entertainment options, as the site for one of the first Rascall Flatts Bar & Grills The very first is due to open in Cleveland, with Los Angeles and Connecticut to follow.



“It’s like a concert venue,” band member Jay DeMarcus told Nash Country Daily. “You can do live music in there. It’s just an American bar and restaurant. The menu is influenced by the three of us and some of our favorites that our families made over the years.”



Other food venues destined for Celebration Pointe are MidiCi Pizza, Liquid Ginger Restaurant, Miller’s Ale House, Reggae Shack Café, and Kilwins Quality Confections.



“Our goal is to bring quality and diversity to the overall tenant mix. We will be making additional tenant announcements very soon,” said the project’s director of retail leasing Denny Moore.



When fully built-out, Celebration Pointe will contain nearly 1,000 luxury residences — from townhomes to “flats” above main street retail to single family residences. It will also house more than 300,000-sq.-ft. of Class A office space and several hotels.
