Rappaport to manage Hastings Marketplace

McLean, Va. The Rappaport Cos. said Monday it has been selected to provide property management, leasing and construction-management services for Hastings Marketplace in Manassas, Va.

Anchored by Harris Teeter, Hastings Marketplace is a 95,000-sq.-ft. retail center currently under development. Rappaport will oversee the final elements of the project's construction, slated to be completed by the end of the year.

Harris Teeter is scheduled to open in first quarter 2010.
