Rappaport Cos. names senior leasing director

McLean, Va. The Rappaport Cos. has named James Farrell as senior director of leasing and brokerage for the firm.

In his new position, Farrell will provide leasing and development strategies for existing brokerage clients as well as for his existing portfolio.

The Rappaport Cos.' portfolio totals approximately 12 million sq. ft. of existing and future retail space in urban and suburban locations owned by affiliates of Rappaport and by local and institutional clients.
