Publix to open at Nocatee Town Center

Ponte Vedra, Fla. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers announced that a 54,340-sq.-ft. Publix Super Market will open on Feb. 13 at Nocatee Town Center, in Ponte Vedra, Fla.

Publix is the first retail store to open its doors in the new Nocatee Town Center which is located in the Town of Nocatee, a master planned community of more than 15,000 acres in northeast St. Johns County. Regency closed on the purchase of 21.44 acres of undeveloped land in December 2007 to develop the 69,802-sq.-ft. community shopping center which will include 15,462 sq. ft. of small shop space and up to six outparcels.

Nocatee Town Center will feature a mix of national and local retailers, restaurants and service businesses which are slated to open in May.
