Publix centers draw new retail in Florida

Orlando, Fla. Crossman & Co. announced it has negotiated four new lease agreements that total 6,599 sq. ft. of retail space in Publix-owned and anchored shopping centers in Lake Worth, Largo and Stuart, Fla.

1st Discount Brokerage leased 1,440 sq. ft. for three years and Luxy Nails leased 1,260 sq. ft. for five years at Publix at Town Commons in Lake Worth.

Hair Expressions of Hutchinson Island leased 1,074 sq. ft. at Publix-anchored Seabreeze Shoppes in Stuart.

Salon West of Largo leased 2,825 sq. ft. in the Publix-anchored Pinellas Shopping Center in Largo.
