RPAI plans to turn the existing site into a mixed-use development that will include double-sided street level retail with approximately 370 third-party owned residential units above.

Bluhawk

Bluhawk is the ultimate gathering place. Construction status:  2019-20: Project Area 1 includes the 300,000-sq.-ft. Bluhawk Sports Park multisport complex, the 120,000-sq.-ft. civic and community center/arena, a 98-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel and additional restaurant / retail. 2021: Projected construction completion including retail outlets and Cosmosphere Innovation Space.

Woodland Mall
