Construction is currently underway at Jefferson Commons, a regional shopping center in a booming area of Louisville, Ky.



Developed by GBT Realty Corp., based in Brentwood, Tenn., the 230,000-sq.-ft. Jefferson Commons will feature Academy Sports + Outdoors, Five Below, Mattress Firm, Mens Wearhouse, Hancock Fabrics and Avalon Nails.



Further, Five Guys, Firehouse Subs, Qdoba and Chick-fil-A (outparcel) add to the fast-casual dining alternatives that already include Buffalo Wild Wings. Located within minutes from Interstate 65, Interstate 265 and the Louisville International Airport, the retail center also features: H.H. Gregg, Liquor Barn, Shoe Carnival and Michael's Arts and Crafts.



Another 4,500 sq. ft. of small-shop space is available along Outer Loop (1065) in addition to 9,600 sq. ft. inline across from Jefferson Mall. One outparcel is also available at the signalized entrance.
