Price Chopper to expand space at Brywood Centre

Kansas City, Mo. Westchester, Ill.-based Tri-land Properties announced that Price Chopper supermarket has renewed its lease and expanded its store at Brywood Centre in Kansas City, Mo.

The Price Chopper lease renewal includes a 10,000-sq.-ft. expansion, taking the store from 60,000 sq. ft. to 70,000 sq. ft.

Construction to renovate the shopping center is scheduled to begin this spring.
