Play It Again Sports, UPS to open at Sutton Square

Raleigh, N.C. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Raleigh, N.C., to two new merchants at Sutton Square. Play it Again Sports leased 5,150 sq. ft. of retail space, and The UPS Store leased 1,600 sq. ft. Both businesses plan to open in winter 2011.

The 101,024-sq.-ft. Sutton Square is anchored by Fresh Market, plus national retailers such as Subway, Planet Smoothie and Scottrade.
