Planet Fitness, Wit or Witout Cheesesteaks to open in Red Lion Plaza

Philadelphia Onyx Equities LLC said Wednesday that it has fully leased the 224,269-sq.-ft. Red Lion Plaza, located in Philadelphia, following the completion of two new lease transactions with Planet Fitness and Wit or Witout Cheesesteaks.

The two leases totaled 30,258 sq. ft.

The shopping center's key anchor tenants include American Signature Furniture, Best Buy, Staples and Pep Boys.
