Planet Fitness to open at Euclid Shopping Center

Anaheim, Calif. Tustin, Calif.-based Coreland Cos. said Friday that it has negotiated two leases in Southern California for a total value of more than $3 million. In the City of Anaheim, Coreland negotiated a 20,362-sq.-ft., 10-year retail lease with Planet Fitness, a franchise-driven health club, at Euclid Shopping Center.

The lease transaction, which is valued at approximately $2 million, brings the 206,100-sq.-ft. community center to 100% occupancy.

Planet Fitness is slated to open in June.

In addition, Coreland negotiated a 7,193-sq.-ft., 72-month lease with Phoenix Group Information Systems at the Main Street Town Center in Santa Ana.
