Pizza Hut leases restaurant space at Shiloh Springs

Garland, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space in Garland, Texas, at Shiloh Springs to Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut has leased 1,120 sq. ft. of restaurant space and is slated to open for business in first quarter 2010.

The 110,040-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Kroger alongside national retailers such as Great Clips, H&R Block and GNC.
