Pine Tree promotes Zinsmaster to executive VP

Northbrook, Ill. — Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC recently promoted Todd Zinsmaster from senior VP to executive VP of acquisitions and development.



Mr. Zinsmaster joined Pine Tree in 2007 and handles sourcing, negotiating, underwriting and due diligence on shopping center acquisition and development opportunities. He has more than 25 years of retail development and acquisitions experience. Prior to joining Pine Tree, Zinsmaster served as senior director of development for Kimco Developers Inc.
