Phoenix Premium Outlets officially opens

Chandler, Ariz. -- Simon Property Group announced Friday that it opened Phoenix Premium Outlets, the upscale outlet shopping center serving the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas.



The center, located in Chandler, Ariz., is adjacent to the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino within the Wild Horse Pass Development. Phase I of the project, which is 100% leased, is 360,000 sq. ft. with 90 outlet stores including Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calphalon Kitchen, Calvin Klein, Coach, Elie Tahari, Gap Factory Store, Hugo Boss, Lucky Brand, Michael Kors, Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Tommy Bahama, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour and more. Additional merchants to open in the coming months include: Armani, Cole Haan, J.Crew, Kate Spade New York and Polo Ralph Lauren.
