PetSmart inks deal to co-anchor Ridgeway Trace

Memphis, Tenn. Weingarten Realty said that PetSmart signed an 18,325-sq.-ft. lease at Ridgeway Trace Shopping Center in Memphis, Tenn. The grand opening is slated for summer 2010.

When complete, Ridgeway Trace will be a 300,000-sq.-ft. Target-anchored center featuring, besides PetSmart, Sports Authority and Best Buy.

Target opened in the spring of 2009.
