Petco signs lease at Brenneman farm

Virginia Beach, Va. Divaris Real Estate announced that a lease was signed with Petco for 13,780 sq. ft. of retail space at Brenneman Farm, a Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center located in Virginia Beach, Va.

The Divaris-leased and -managed shopping center is also tenanted by Hair Cuttery, Zcoil, Yo Mama Yogurt, Prio Pizzeria, Edible Arrangements, Albano Cleaners, Verizon Wireless, Rainbow Chinese Restaurant and Marshalls Salon.
