Pet Valu, Great Clips open at Wall Towne Center

Manasquan, N.J. Levin Management Corp. announced that Wall Towne Center, in Manasquan, N.J., is once again 100% leased with the addition of Pet Valu and Great Clips and a key expansion by Wine King.

The three transactions in the 91,000-sq.-ft. center have refilled a 5,000-sq.-ft. endcap vacancy created by the departure of a national video rental store.

Wine King, which had previously occupied 4,800 sq ft., expanded by 1,600 to a total of 6,400 sq. ft. Pet Valu signed a new lease for 2,200 sq. ft., and Great Clips accounted for the remaining 1,200 sq. ft. of the high-visibility endcap.

They complete a tenant roster anchored by a 63,000-sq.-ft. ShopRite supermarket. Other tenants include GNC, The UPS Store, AT&T Wireless, Allstate Insurance, Ocean State Bank, and a lineup of local restaurants and service providers.
