Performance Bicycle Shop leases space at Southcenter Plaza

Tukwila, Wash. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased space in Tukwila, Wash., at Southcenter Plaza to Performance Bicycle Shop.

The retailer has leased 8,040 sq. ft. of space and is slated to open for business this fall.

Performance Bicycle has four Washington locations in Lynnwood, Redmond, Seattle and Tacoma and 86 stores nationwide.
