Pei Wei expands presence in Florida

Winter Garden, Fla. -- The Sembler Company has completed construction on the final outparcel at the 1.15 million sq. ft. Winter Garden Village located in Winter Garden, Florida.



Pei Wei Asian Diner and Mattress One will occupy the new 7,200-sq. ft. building, marking complete build-out of the development originally started in 2006.



“This last remaining outparcel is located at the entrance to the development, immediately visible as customers exit SR 429 and enter Winter Garden Village,” said JP Guzzardo, VP of development for Sembler. “The high-profile location is best suited for a multi-tenant building, and we’re excited that Mattress One and Pei Wei found a new home in Winter Garden.”



“The Central Florida area is an important market to Pei Wei,” said Ralph Bower, CEO for Pei Wei. “We are proud to open our first restaurant in Winter Garden, and expand our Florida presence to 33 locations.”



Pei Wei occupies 3,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and a 720 sq. ft. of outdoor seating area. Mattress One occupies approximately 4,200 sq. ft. Sembler broke ground on the two-tenant retail building in June 2015.
