Payless opens at Sky View Center

Flushing, N.Y. -- Onex Real Estate Partners said that Payless ShoeSource has opened a new store at Sky View Center, the 800,000-sq.-ft shopping center located below Sky View Parc, Queens’ new mixed-used residential development.



The new 4,200-sq.-ft. Payless location, on level D of the Center, officially opens on April 9.



Payless joins Old Navy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Marshalls, and Target (including a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express) and restaurants Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar and Chuck E. Cheese’s. Other openings planned for the spring include Five Guys Burgers, as well as a 33,000-sq.-ft. Asian supermarket Sky Foods, set to open in June.
