Park Tower Group announces retail lease renewals

New York City Park Tower Group said Thursday that three high-end retailers have renewed their leases at 535 Madison Avenue, an A-class commercial building located at 54th Street and Madison Avenue in Manhattan.

Bric’s, Bauman Rare Books, and Links of London all re-upped with 10-year lease renewals.

The largest transaction, totaling 1,610 sq. ft., was signed with international luxury luggage designer and manufacturer, Bric’s.

Bauman Rare Books, a tenant of 535 Madison since 1999, has renewed its 1,133-sq.-ft. And jewelry, gift and accessory designer, Links of London, renewed a 975-sq.-ft. lease.
