Panera to expand in Memphis

Memphis, Tenn. Panera Bread is opening its second Memphis-area location Tuesday in East Memphis’ Laurelwood Shopping Center.

Delta Dough, the local franchisee, opened its first Memphis-area Panera Bread location in the Trinity Commons Shopping Center in December.

Panera Bread Co. plans to open 10 more local cafes during the next five years.
