Panera Bread, Cellular Connection open at West Springfield

Chicago McCaffery Interests said late Monday it has executed leases with Panera Bread and Cellular Connection/Verizon Wireless to open new locations at West Springfield shopping center in Springfield, Va.

Panera Bread will open a 3,600-sq.-ft. store and Cellular/Verizon a 2,343-sq.-ft. store. They will join Merchants Tire, Subway, Tuesday Morning, Soccer Plus and Milano’s Italian Restaurant.

Both stores are slated to open summer 2010.
