NRDC names Lyss managing director of operations
National Realty & Development Corp. has named Harrison Lyss managing director of real estate operations.
In his new role, Lyss will work with President John G. Orrico on special projects involving leasing, creating operating efficiencies at properties, construction reviews, and tech initiatives. The Purchase, New York-based NRDC operates 78 properties in 14 states that include power centers, grocery-anchored centers and corporate business parks.
Prior to joining NRDC in 2016, Lyss worked as a Property Manager for GHP, the office building division for Houlihan-Parnes Realtors in White Plains, New York.
