Nordstrom Rack to West Palm Beach, Fla.

Seattle -- Nordstrom has announced plans to open a 35,000-sq.-ft. Nordstrom Rack at Palm Beach Outlets now under construction in West Palm Beach, Fla., in the fall of 2014.



A joint venture between New England Development and Eastern Real Estate, the 900,000-sq.-ft. outlet center will occupy the site of the old Palm Beach Mall, just off Interstate 95 on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. Scheduled to open in February, the center will feature 80 to 100 outlet stores and an adjacent retail center with national tenants.
