Nordstrom Rack to open in Sunset Valley, Texas

Seattle Nordstrom on Monday announced plans to open a Nordstrom Rack in Sunset Valley, Texas, during spring 2011. It will be the Austin area’s second Nordstrom Rack.

The 34,040-sq.-ft. store will be part of the Sunset Valley Village shopping center, where it will  join a retail mix at Sunset Valley Village that includes Old Navy, Barnes & Noble, World Market and Sprouts Farmers Market. The center is owned and operated by RREEF, the real estate investment management business of Deutsche Bank's Asset Management division.

The Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom.
