Nordstrom Rack to open Pentagon City store

Seattle Nordstrom said Tuesday it will open a 33,912-sq.-ft. Nordstrom Rack in the Pentagon City area of Arlington, Va.

Scheduled to open fall 2010 at Pentagon Centre, the new store will be the closest Nordstrom Rack to downtown Washington, D.C.

Nordstrom Rack at Pentagon Centre marks the fourth Nordstrom Rack addition to the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, joining three Racks and four Nordstrom stores in this region. The new store will be located across the street from the Nordstrom store at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Current tenants at Pentagon Centre include Costco, Marshalls, Best Buy and Borders.
