Nordstrom Rack extends lease at Village Square

Northbrook, Ill. Mid-America Asset Management announced that Nordstrom Rack recently renewed a lease for 34,520 sq. ft. at Village Square of Northbrook in Northbrook, Ill.

The retailer joined the center in 1996.

In other leasing news at Village Square, independently owned Le Nail Spa signed a lease for 1,420 sq. ft. with plans to open in June, while another independent, Ritz Camera Centers, renewed a lease for 1,502 sq. ft.

Along with Nordstrom Rack, the center is anchored by Marshalls, Cost Plus World Market, The Container Store and Loehmann's.
