Nordstrom Rack and Best Buy to open new stores

Chattanooga, Tenn. CBL & Associates Properties announced Tuesday the addition of Nordstrom Rack at Renaissance Center, a 355,000-sq.-ft. community center located in Durham, N.C., and Best Buy at Lakeview Pointe, a 207,000-sq.-ft. community center located in Stillwater, Okla.

Construction on the new stores will commence soon with grand openings scheduled for the 25,000-sq.-ft. Best Buy in summer 2010 and the 33,000-sq.-ft. Nordstrom Rack in fall 2010.
