Nordstrom to open 2 new Nordstrom Rack stores

Seattle Nordstorm said Monday it will open two new off-price Nordstrom Rack stores, one in Arlington, Texas, and one in Cherry Hill, N.J., in the spring of 2011.

The new 36,000-sq.-ft. store in Cherry Hill will be located at the Towne Place at Garden State Park. The center is part of a redevelopment project managed by M&M Realty Partners.

A 31,673-sq.-ft. Nordstrom Rack is planned for The Parks at Arlington mall in Texas. General Growth Properties owns and manages the 1.5 million-sq.-ft. mall.
