No Body Denied opens at Echo Plaza

Springfield, N.J. No Body Denied Health Club, which celebrated its grand opening at Echo Plaza in Springfield, N.J., this month, announced that retail real estate services firm Levin Management Corp., is the exclusive retail leasing agent for the shopping center.

The 21,500-sq.-ft. fitness facility will serve as an anchor tenant for the 66,000-sq.-ft. shopping center, which is currently in the midst of a repositioning. The center was acquired by Larken in early 2009.

Stew Leonard’s Wines and Spirits recently signed on as co-anchor for the property. Other tenants include Outback Steakhouse, Sherwin Williams, Echoqua Italian Bistro and Chen's 22 Chinese restaurants.
