New tenants to open in Riverwood Town Center

Evans, Ga. Crosland LLC announced on Wednesday that several new businesses are slated to open at the end of this year in Riverwood Town Center, including Great Clips (1,200 sq. ft.), Sky Nails (1,300 sq. ft.), White House Cleaners (1,300 sq. ft.) and Woody’s Spirits (2,100 sq. ft.).

Riverwood Town Center is a 100,000-sq.-ft. Publix-anchored neighborhood center that serves as the gateway to Riverwood Plantation, a 3,800-acre, master-planned community just west of Augusta, Ga.

The center is a joint venture between Charlotte, N.C.-based Crosland and Augusta, Ga.-based Meybohm Commercial Properties.
