New retail leases signed at Westwood Village

Magnolia, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Magnolia, Texas, to three new retailers at Westwood Village.

GenuWine Tasting Room, specializing in wine tastings and the retail sale of wine, has leased 2,228 sq. ft. Nutrition Central, specializing in vitamins, mineral supplements, weight gain and weight loss products, has leased 833 sq. ft. of retail space; and specialty frozen yogurt retailer Tutti Frutti has leased 1,580 sq. ft.

The 310,394-sq.-ft. Westwood Village is anchored by Target, Ross Dress For Less and T.J. Maxx, alongside Massage Envy, Payless Shoes and AT&T Wireless.
