New retail leases signed at Weslayan Plaza West

Houston Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Thursday that Jo Blo’s Bistro and Q Nails and Spa have leased retail space at Weslayan Plaza in Houston.

Jo Blo’s has leased 4,200 sq. ft. to open an upscale American-style restaurant, and Q Nails has leased 2,911 sq. ft.

The 355,761-sq.-ft. Weslayan Plaza is anchored by Randalls Food & Drug along with Petco, Jo-Ann Fabrics, OfficeMax and Walgreens.
