New retail leases signed at Shops at Saugus

Saugus, Mass. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers has leased retail space in Saugus, Mass., to three new merchants at Shops at Saugus.

European Wax Center, Massage Envy, and Solar Eclipse Tanning have joined Shops at Saugus. European Wax Center has opened 1,199 sq. ft., Massage Envy has opened 3,201 sq. ft., and Solar Eclipse Tanning has opened 2,000 sq. ft.

The 94,204-sq.-ft. Shops at Saugus is anchored by Trader Joe’s.
