New retail leases signed at Regency’s Preston Park Village

Plano, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers announced it has leased retail space in Plano, Texas, to two new merchants at Preston Park Village.

My Gym Plano, a children’s gym, has leased 2,560 sq. ft., and Good Newtrition, specializing in nutritional energy drinks and shakes, has leased 1,480 sq. ft. Both stores plan to open in June. 

The 239,333-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Tom Thumb supermarket alongside Gap, The Children’s Place, Gymboree, Panera Bread, Talbots, Ann Taylor and Bath & Body Works.
