New retail leases signed at Plantation Plaza

Jacksonville, Fla. Regency Centers said Tuesday it has leased retail space in Jacksonville, Fla., to two new merchants at Plantation Plaza.

Publix Liquor Store has leased 1,400 sq. ft., and Race Track Road Animal Hospital has leased 2,800 sq. ft.

The 77,747-sq.-ft. Plantation Plaza is anchored by a 44,840-sq.-ft. Publix Super Market, plus Blockbuster Video, Papa John’s Pizza and Great Clips.
